Why there is a constant fight with your mind and heart? why can’t we be just free from our thoughts? Why is there a constant trap within our own thoughts?


Every day I try to find answers to all my questions, but nothing changes. It’s like life does give chances to change every day, but I just don’t want to change anything.

However, people always try to manipulate your thoughts. The funniest part in this situation is that we do listen to people, and just give up our thoughts and follow their instructions in order to maintain peace with other people. By doing so, we often forget that it is our own life and we shouldn’t listen to other people and do what your heart says.



People say this phrase all the time ‘find happiness with other people’ but little did they know that you are already trapped within your own thoughts, feeling confused about what to do and not to do.

WE WANT FREEDOM! WE WANT FREEDOM! We usually use this phrase whenever we feel that other people are just pressurizing us to become what we are not! We make a fake personality of ourselves and don’t realize that the image we have created in front of others is actually not who we are and therefore we start seeing things the way people want us to see. By doing so we get TRAPPED! But does life give us the freedom to be free again like a bird? Without any regrets? NO!

It’s a normal thing for people to say that ‘you are a fighter, learn to struggle with your own battles’, ‘talk to your friends’. However, they forget that you are constantly trying to be happy rather I would say LOOK HAPPY!

Nowadays, people have become so cold hearted that don’t want to empathise with you but rather make fun of you and your feeling of being depressive. They will make you feel that you are not worth it in some way or the other. However, on social networking sites, they will act as if they are concerned about you and your well-being! But little did they know when somebody is feeling worthless inside, there is no going back from your own thoughts! Sometimes it feels like to say you know what let me be who I am and not the version that you want me to be! Stop controlling my life!

But we don’t tell them to shut up, instead we make our own self feel WORTHLESS and cry alone in our room! In addition to that we make ourselves feel miserable about everything we do or want to do.

However, the big question is WHY WE LET THEM DO THAT WITH US, WITH OUR LIVES? 

They will try to give suggestions about what to do and what not to do with your life and what you should have done with your life so that your life situations could have been different. DO YOU HAVE THE COURAGE TO FIGHT WITH YOUR OWN FEELINGS?

It’s not other person’s responsibility to make you happy all the time But its YOU who has to make peace with your own self that yes you have to make mistakes to know that YOU are important!

They say ‘Get through your own battles all by yourself’ but how? Nobody has the answer to that. Therefore, ask yourself what is it that make you happy? and answers will vary person to person but at least you would know that all you want is peace with your own self, your own thoughts!!!

You don’t need anybody to make you feel less about yourself, you are a magic in your own way for which you don’t have to be answerable to anybody and feel guilty about it. Be proud of who you are, and I must repeat ‘ALWAYS BE YOUR OWN HERO’.

Frustration might sound like a roller-coaster, but it is actually true! People keep overthinking each time they hit rock bottom in their life. Why is this happening to me? why am I feeling this way? Why am I stuck in my own thoughts? Therefore, we keep looking for answers in other people. However, the only thing which should be the most significant part of your life is YOU!

Learn to SPEAK for yourself they say haha but how? How you would be able to shut the people out of your life just like that? Is it easy? Is it worth it?

When life teaches you things that you never wanted to experience


Sometimes life becomes so hard that you don’t know how to react to the certain situations that came your way. You feel trapped inside your own thoughts! and when you thought things are getting better, BOOOOM! You are trapped yet again!
“Life is a complete roller-coaster” you realize this phrase is actually true when life hits you hard on the face, and in that situation you become completely numb and quite, entering in your own world. During this time, other people think that you are just having mood swings or having a bad day, but no one notices the sadness behind your fake smile. You feel like crying every day without knowing that when it will end. It’s like you want to share your feelings so badly with someone and the other minute you just want to be alone in one corner in your room trying to calm yourself down. However, nothing changes!!



You feel all alone even when everyone is around you. Some say it’s the struggle that counts which will pump you up to fight each day, but it becomes worse by each passing day.
Some people will walk with you in your difficult times while some other will just laugh at your situation or some will try to maintain a distance from you.
In one moment you want to be positive, thinking that everything will be fine and you will keep trying to achieve your goal but when your dream shatters knowing that no one is there with whom you can share your achievements and sorrows that’s when you realize life is actually very hard.!!
Everyone around you try to make you understand that you know be positive , read a book , go for a walk but you don’t know how to start or should I say when to start. People will provide you with the options on how to be happy and have happy thoughts, but they don’t know you are being trapped in your own thoughts. Therefore, the big question is HOW CAN YOU ESCAPE FROM YOUR OWN THOUGHTS! YOUR OWN LIFE?
