STABILITY

 

Why is that we become so unstable in our own world? even if we try to attract positive vibes from people. But I think we often foolishly start to search happiness in other people but the question that arises in the mind a lot of times is that is it all worth it?

The idea of being stable in our minds is earning a good amount of money, having a house to live in but instead it should be the stability of mind which should be given prime importance in our lives. A person experiences sleepless night because of his own thoughts which is not healthy for his mind and body. A person who seems happy from outside is often the saddest from inside. In today's world nobody cares to think about the other person that how are they feeling; are they okay? Or is there something that is bothering them? The answer is NO! people act selfishly in this world of use and throw!


Instability of mind often leads to depression, anxiety, restlessness, aggressiveness which in turn leads to suicide!! This step is not a spontaneous act but a process of dying inside.

Life is not a bed of roses but is a process of events which changes an individual’s personality with time in accordance with the situations he faces in life. Some will experience instability within their minds because their life become full of struggles and hardships. However, the ones who suffer a lot in life often start realizing that life is little unfair with them and generate negative vibes within themselves. The ones who are closed to them try to make them realize that yes life is a roller-coaster, but it doesn’t mean that you should have negative thoughts about it.

But little did they know that even a one unfortunate event in life can have a drastic effect upon one’s mind. Only the person experiencing this kind of feeling knows the effects of it. You keep on thinking negative about life and yourself. As when these couple of events happen again and again the person starts to feel so negative about life that nothing good can happen to them. This kind of feeling is full of anxiety attacks, restlessness, and self-doubt.

Reading a book, going for a walk, talking to friends won’t help either. It is the person who has to fight with his thoughts every day to avoid this feeling but this feeling doesn’t go smoothly, rather it takes a lot of time and balancing of thoughts to get off these feelings.

Everyday you must fight in order to be avoid these feelings coming into your mind. At the end of the day it is you who must make amends with your thoughts. Don’t compare your path of life journey with another person’s path as everyone has its own path that they must find and explore.

Avoid self-doubt, don’t feel petty about yourself and explore your personality because my friend no one knows what shall happen in a second, in a second. So, enjoy life as its is with a smile on your face as this time shall pass.

Be who you are and the kind of personality that other people wants you to be even if it demands being along and having no one beside you.

Think positive and have trust on yourself. Don’t put yourself second in your own story.

And most importantly, BE YOU!!
